Purchasing Policy & Warranty
Shipping Terms:
- FOB Elizabethtown, North Carolina, USA
- All shipments will be made by FedEx unless otherwise specified.
- $10 handling fee applies to all shipments
- $6 alternate carrier fee applies to all non-FED-EX shipments
Terms for Purchase:
- 30 days Net (Unless otherwise agreed upon). Terms are subject to change dependant upon payment history.
Minimum Orders:
- Minimum order value is $200 net, effective January 2, 2012.
Emergency/Expedite Orders:
- SAME DAY DELIVERY=50% expedite fee applied to the value of the purchase order with a $50 minimum charge. Same Day Service must be approved by customer service before the order is submitted. Purchase orders must be received by 1pm EST to ensure same day service request is met.
- PULL IN DELIVERY=25% expedite fee applied to the value of the purchase order with a $50 minimum charge for any requests less than quoted lead times. Pull In Service must be approved by customer service before the order is submitted. Purchase orders must be received by 4pm EST on the business day prior to requested shipment to ensure pull in sevice request is met.
Cancellation of Orders:
- Any order may be canceled rior to the end of business (5pm EST) the day after the order is entered at no charge. Any orders canceled after the this time frame will be subject to a charge of 15% of the total value of the purchase order with a $50 minmum charge.
Return Policy:
- A Restock Charge of 35% will apply to all returned goods. Customer Service must determine if a product can be returned and issue a Return of Material Authorization.
Warranty
Seller warrants products manufactured by it to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment to Purchaser. If within this period any such products shall be proven to Seller's reasonable satisfaction to be so defective, they shall be repaired or replaced at Seller's option. This warranty shall not apply to
- products not manufactured by Seller,
- products which shall have been repaired or altered by others than Seller so as in its judgment, to affect same adversely, and
- products which shall have been subjected to negligence accident or damage by circumstances beyond seller's control, or to improper operation, maintenance or storage, or to other than normal use or service.
With respect to products not manufactured by Seller, the warranty obligations of Seller shall conform to the warranty actually extended to Seller by it supplier, subject to the limitations and exclusions hereafter stated. The foregoing warranties do not cover reimbursement for transportation, removal, installation, or other expenses which may be incurred in connection with repair or replacement.
Except as may be expressly provided in the authorized writing by Seller, Seller shall not be subject to any other obligations or liabilities whatsoever with respect to products manufactured by Seller or services rendered by Seller.
