RMA Request

For general maintenance and repair of most Superior Electric products, refer to your maintenance and repair kit and available instructions for assistance. However, some complicated repairs must be made directly by Superior Electric technicians at our manufacturing facility.

To initiate a Returned Material Authorization (RMA), simply fill out the below RMA Request Form and one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you and provide you with the necessary RMA support information and instructions for shipping your product back to us, typically within 24 hours of your submission.
